Ironclad designs, builds, and operates GPU-dense, liquid-cooled data centres engineered for the demands of frontier AI — with resilience, security, and community impact at the core.
Ironclad Data Centers was founded in London in 2024 on a simple conviction: that the United Kingdom and Europe cannot depend on capacity they do not control. As demand for AI training and inference outpaced grid connections, available land, and skilled operators, a structural shortage of sovereign, high-density compute emerged across the region.
We exist to close that gap. By securing power-rich sites ahead of demand and deploying modular prefab power-pod architecture with direct liquid cooling, we bring GPU-dense capacity online in a fraction of the time required by traditional construction — without compromising on resilience, efficiency, or data sovereignty.
Today we are delivering a 1.21GW platform across eight sites on three continents, anchored by our flagship London Docklands campus and expanding steadily across Europe, North America, and Asia-Pacific.
Concurrently maintainable, fault-tolerant design at every site. Uptime is not a target — it is the foundation everything else is built upon.
Customer data, model weights, and intellectual property remain within their designated jurisdiction. Control is architectural, not contractual.
Renewable-led power procurement, waste-heat recapture, and genuine local economic contribution in every market we enter.
We work alongside leading silicon vendors, power and cooling specialists, network operators, and construction partners to deliver capacity with confidence. Strategic relationships span GPU supply, direct-liquid-cooling systems, modular power distribution, and dark-fibre interconnection.
Ironclad is privately held and backed by long-horizon infrastructure capital aligned with the multi-year nature of data-centre development. For investor relations enquiries, please get in touch.
We are hiring across data-centre operations, electrical and mechanical engineering, commercial, and sustainability. If you want to build the infrastructure layer of the AI era, we want to hear from you.
